    Do not buy this printer. It is garbage. I wish I had my money back. It does not stay connected to the internet. Their support doesn’t know how to fix it after on the phone with them for 2 hours. You have to reinstall the drivers regularly. Tried connecting via cable and it doesn’t work it wants to connect to Wi-Fi. If I could get my money back I would and get a different brand. Should never have left HP.

    Colors are not vibrant. Reds are dull orange. But, its new so maybe I haven't figured it out quite yet. Not very intuitive. I wish I would have bought a model up from this. Maybe, it would have been easier to figure out. However, spending this much money, I shouldn't have to figure it out.

    3 years seems to be the life of the print heads luckily I had a four year warranty on the last one I bought and Best Buy gave me a new one at no additional cost but the one I just bought for my mom only has a year warranty
