    Colors are not vibrant. Reds are dull orange. But, its new so maybe I haven't figured it out quite yet. Not very intuitive. I wish I would have bought a model up from this. Maybe, it would have been easier to figure out. However, spending this much money, I shouldn't have to figure it out.

    Doesn't work or perform as well as my older Canon printer that I used for a number of years. Instructions leave a lot to be desired, especially for the price.

    This is a great multifunction printer. But the only reason I opted for the ET-3850 was the automatic document feeder. It barely works and will constantly jam with perfectly good flat paper, Whether it's 1 sheet or 15 being fed. I would have thought Epson could make a document feeder by now...it's going back tomorrow.

    It took me a bit to figure out how to connect to our wifi, but once i got it connected it prints fast, and not one issue. Very happy, we homeschool and print lots, and it doesnt even look like the ink has gone down yet.
