  • Decent Printer, Cumbersome Setup

    The initial setup was more cumbersome than expected but I managed to setup a cable connection to my computer and a Bluetooth connection for my phone and iPad. The print quality isn’t as dark as I would like. The user menus are not intuitive. The copier and scan functions are good and fairly easy to use. The “default” double-sided printing is anything but. I’ve had to google multiple times how to set this feature up depending on where I’m printing from (eg., the web, email, Word). I like not having ink cartridges and am hopeful the supertank concept will save money over time.

    Very good printer. It is very easy to set up. Prints clearly and quickly. I'm very glad I don't have to deal with print cartridges any longer. I'm very happy with this printer.

    I can't believe I waited so long to buy this!! It's fast, it's quiet, it prints like a champ, and the ink tanks are easy to load and last FOREVER (well, almost). Great for WFH.

    The colors are not as bright or dark as my old Epson XP-800 printer/scanner. The Printing looks faded. Disappointed will look at other brands next time and not get an Epson product.

    Too many issues to get this set up and for it to connect to the wifi for all to use. Even the Geek Squad team could not get it to work.

    The printer and functionality work as expected. What DOES NOT WORK is the USB port on the left rear side. It is NOT a standard usb port, but nothing comes to adapt the non-standard port to default usb, so it is unusable. Tried using the sites chat-help, but unbelievably, they sent a link that takes me back to the sites page that does nothing to help me correct this issue.
