My old Epson Printer worked better. This one producs a very light scanned image. When I send it to someone, they have a difficult time reading it. I have tried several different things without success. No way to darken copies either

Epson printer was difficult to set up. Still can't register it and many of the features will not work. This has been a frustrating experience with Epson. Most likely this will be my last purchase of Epson product.

I was told to purchase this for my needs of printing a newsletter was highly recommended by the salesman when set up by geek squad he obviously didn’t realize how slow it was running and that was worth another hundred dollar loss so we had to return it and then they wouldn’t give me my money back they would only give me a store credit so now I have no printer and a store credit for. I don’t know what they said. It was over my 15 day return policy, but I had to wait seven days for the geek to show up and he was terrible. I tried to report it to management, but they didn’t seem to care horrible situation. I’ll tell you.

Having a lot of connectivity problems such as, wireless connection to router keeps failing and connection to computer going away. Other devices including a scanner, 2 tvs, 2 laptops and a desktop all are working fine, so it is not the router. I have wasted many hours rebooting the router, powering the printer on and off, and trying to get this thing to work. Geek Squad has worked on it twice in the last 2 months, and and Epson Tech support has worked on it 3 times in the last 6 weeks. This is a home printer and gets very little usage. Just 2-3 times per day. Purchased at Best Buy October 11, 2022 for $429.99.

    Ink Not Dark Enough!

I like the concept of the larger ink bottles and easy to use, however; the colors when you print isn't as dark as I expected and the black ink looks blue on paper.

Unfortunately, I had to buy this item because one of the other Ecotank printers I have ET-2800 -- after printing (estimated less than 1,000) pages -- quit working. Cannot figure it out. Cannot get help. Went to Best Buy. No Help. I am thinking Best Buy is on its way out of business.

The Epson printer had very confusing directions and when I thought it should be ready to go the scanner would not work. My friend came to help and even though she knows a lot about computer she was confused too. I see no reason why a printer should so hard to connect. I am very disappointed.

It is hard to understand how to print and scan items. I had to print off the manuel (283 pages). I think there are better printer's available at a lowere price.

I am an HP guy, but the ECOTank appealed to me. I cannot get my computer to talk to the printer, nor can I get the Printer to talk to the Computer. no amount of troubleshooting will help. So, I have a doorstop that was supposed to be a printer.

    A Disappointment

Bought this because I liked the idea of refillable ink wells, and I have been happy with previous Epson printers. This one, however, isn’t as good as the Epsons I have owned in the past. I keep getting error messages that require restarts. The old HP in the corner that this was supposed to replace just keeps reliably chugging on though. Haven’t retired it and don’t think I will. Disappointed.

Purchased this in April. It was a replacement for another Epson that had lasted 10+ years. This was the worst printer I've ever had. Has continuously jammed since day 1. Today it jammed and when I removed the paper tray, there was a gear of some sort in it. Complete piece of junk.
