This was the worst printer I've ever had. Has continuously jammed since day 1. Today it jammed and when I removed the paper tray, there was a gear of some sort in it. Complete piece of junk.

It stops printing in middle of a document and then will start it over again. It can take 3-5 minutes for it to print something. I have had professional computer tecs to my office twice to set it up then trouble shoot the problem. speaking to tec support got me no wear when I called. they gave me the website to look up trouble shooting. The Scanner only works half of the time, it says it's not connected to the printer even though the print report says strong connection. The Epson ET-3850 company must have either built mine wrong or this printer is very flawed. I would suggest not to buy the Eco tank Epson ET-3850

It kept disconnecting from my wifi network. Kept saying "not connected." Also, the print was just not very good. The colors were significantly washed out compared to my previous Epson. Because of these, I returned it. My old Epson will just have to do.

Set up was ok with the app. However, problem with the paper tray sensor, error of being empty and also feeding all the paper through the machine after a small print job. Once installed on my Mac, got worse, with the inability to feed the paper at all and a factory error message. Returned.

Stopped scanning through the tray up top and when it does scan it will only take one page at a time. Save yourself the money cause it is an expensive printer and not worth the money.

The scanner doesn't work---DO NOT BUY!!!

When I try to use the scanner, it keeps saying it's not connected to the computer. I have a direct usb set up. I can print from the computer which means it's connected to the printer. So why, when I try to scan it says it's not connected??? I have been trying for hours now, looking online for help, looking a youtube videos, SOMETHING to try to find an answer but the little screen on the front keeps saying the printer and the computer are not connected...YES, I did download the Scanner 2 software and yes I checked my usb connections. SO I can only conclude that this is a defective printer. Now I have to go through the trouble of re-boxing it and returning it to Best Buy. I will never get anything that says epson on it again!!! Bringing it back tomorrow!

I returned it and bought an HP that cost far less. It’s sturdy, easy to access and the screen tilts up for ease of reading.

Overpriced for what it offers

This printer does not offer doible suded scan8. Print quality is OK, but not on the level of the price if the printer. I returned it and going back to Canon Pixma.
