Scanner to slow......................................

Lengthy setup, problem is in the scanning portion, the app for scanning with your desktop does not work, you have to scan with your phone app, very inconvenient.

Difficult to set up, more steps to use copy function than any of my other printers. Tried to get scanner to work, but cannot (and now I cannot get the copier function to work). Salesman said it had a flash drive connection when we bought it, but it doesn't. (Unfortunately, they did not have a store model to look at--never again will I purchase a printer without a store model.) For a home business, I cannot have downtime like I am experiencing now. Only positive is the ink savings I hope we will have once we can get this thing working properly.

This printer does not print anything right! They are blurry lines and multiple places all over the pages and I have tried all the protocols to fix it and nothing works. Awful printer!!!

Terrible printer. Constantly can't print to printer. Had to call service many times to reconnect. Happened out west usa and again eastern usa.

Pictures on this printer are very poor quality. They look grainy and bad. We returned it to Best Buy and exchanged it for something else.

Tech home installer did not line-up copy plate. Copies lose data on edge of paper copies.

Have had two prior Epson printers which worked great. Literally nothing works with this one. Have installed and re installed drivers and still can't print from my Mac. Scanner jams almost every time I try to use it. Interface is clunky. Complete piece of garbage (which is where it is going).

Love my printer! The cartridge-free tanks is a money saver and lasts a very long time. I use my printer primarily for school but have also used it to scan documents into my computer. Have had no issues. The sleek design is a plus!

This printer is a piece of crap. Paper is constantly jamming, about every other time I print something I have to clear a jam. I like the EcoTank concept, but the printer performance stinks which completely negates any benefits from that. Do not waste your money.

Printer has stopped working properly less than 3 months after purchase. Every time I attempt to print, it says its out of paper. I tap okay that I have loaded paper, and it prints one page, then gives the same error message. I do not recommend this printer. Best Buy offered to send someone to my home to possibly repair it for $99, 3 months after I paid $400 for this printer. Would not recommend best buy or Epson at this point.

The wifi (blue tooth option) quits working after a few months. Epson sent replacement unit only this one also quit working after a few months. They are very hard to talk to as they have broken english. We are still working on sending the second unit back. It's taken several months to get a return label and we are still trying to resolve this issue!!!

I’ve gone through three printers. Always the same error code that has to do with a software issue. I would have to shut the printer off and reboot it every three days. Finally just got an HP and gave this headache to a freind. Never buy Epson again

If you enjoy having to call tech support frequently to get your device to do basic things like print, you should definitely buy this printer. If you want a printer that simply works well out of the box and continues to work well consistently, buy something else.

The quality printing is so poor that makes you feel... what a big mistake. Ink is so expensive and to top it off you have to buy the maintenance box.

poor It didn't work on the second day When I went to send it it said an error and you restart it again and again and again and again and it still doesn't work

I have spent 6 hours setting up the printer, which took one tech call. Then a second tech call. I still am unable to print a double sided color document. STOPPED! NOW I'll need to spend time on another tech call with now hope it will actually work. For all all the high promises, not even a low delivery...NO delivery! Getting ready to return it. Is it the printer or the techs or what?

Excellent cost per page; basically, the only cost is paper. I change the settings to the best quality, but it is not laser quality; however over all great product.

This was not the printer that I purchased. I purchased a all in one fax machine. What came was not that. I have the Geek Squad. I was told someone would call me 24/72 hours no one did to replace it with the correct one. I called and they told me the same thing and again no call. I still have this non fax machine.

Printer locks up after an AitPrint job. Must power down and restart to print subsequent jobs. Web searches indicate this is a common issue with no real solution .
