Black was a washed out dark gray. Every other color looks washed out and faded. I tried adjusting the settings and nothing help. I truly don’t understand how anyone uses this printer. Do yourself a favor and buy a Canon Pixma. Epson doesn’t come anywhere close to a Canon printer.

Software couldn’t recognize the scanner. Instead of Epson software , had to use windows scan. Print quality was substandard and build quality is cheap and flimsy. Does not easily scan to e mail.

First time I need to print two-sided it didn’t. I tried again, double checked my settings. The Duplex doesn’t work. And first time I tried scanning multiple docs with feeder, it jammed, I cleared the jam, but it doesn’t think I did. Same issues I had with my last Epson printer.

Called this AM for help. Could not understand Technecion 'due to very poor English, and tremendece amount of background noise.

This machine cant seem to find a windows 10 device, yet HP claims the machine it was connecting to is too old. The machine in question is still top tier hardware but thats not good enough for HP, it needs to be one of their desktops. Then the next day they called me back to tell me that I can buy a desktop from them to resolve the issue. Who in the right minds buys this?

In essence Duplex for printing and scanning Your associate said it was a two sided scanner I recently set this up via geek squad ….. I have used it it only scans a single side In Essen Ave I was sold an entirely All in o e than what o wanted Not happy

It takes at least 2 minutes to print 1 page - sometimes it takes longer. The print quality has sucked from the beginning. I hate the printer and am going to get rid of it, No help from Epson.
