    Epson Ecotank 3850 is terrible-from the beginning

    My Ecotank 3850 has been a dud since I bought it. It takes at least 2 minutes to print 1 page - sometimes it takes longer. The print quality has sucked from the beginning. I hate the printer and am going to get rid of it, No help from Epson.

    Buy the Geek Squad Replacement Plan

    Buy the geek squad replacement plan. These only last about a year. WiFi board is a major issue. I’m kinda surprised no one has filed a class action lawsuit.

    Feeder stops every time after the 9th page. I was on the phone with tech support for almost 2 hours. They determined its a hardware issue and I will be sent a new printer. I will keep you posted on the new one with another review.

    The salesman told me that this would print fast in my office but after I got it hooked up that it would not even print anything took it back and told them what had happen and they refunded my money to me.

    Zero stars. This printer only worked marginally better than the broken non functional one it was meant to replace. From the get go it was painful . Setup app was non intuitive. Printer did not respond during setup as prescribed. Epson help line was surly and rude and useless, just read faq off the website. Once connected time to print was glacial. Do not buy!

    I had the printer for less than 3 weeks when it stopped working due to hardware failure. Epson has sent me a new one but I’m not confident it will last any longer.

    Printer will not print correctly. I am going to have to return. The first time I tried to print there is like a the middle part of the lines is not printing.

    Garbage printer that no longer works after 6 months. $500 straight to the trash. Does not print any ink onto the paper and come out blank. I wish I could return this and get my hard-earned money back.

    Unfortunately this has not worked out as the printer is leaving streaks and lines on the copies. It is not pulling paper through well and I will be returning it.

    This has to be the absolute WORST printer EVER! Always in a error mode and the document feeder always jams, you have to scan one page at a time on the glass. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT BUY!!!! What a waste of money
