    This printer was highly recommended however I am very disappointed with the product. The scan try jams very easily and I've had the printer for just a few months and it seems like I have already used almost half of the ink. Not worth it for the price.

    I am not very satisfied with this product. The initial set up is not straight forward and requires downloading applications that is not made clear in the start up instructions. Further, the controls are awkwardly designed and again lack logic.

    I give 1 star because I can't give 0 is just a pice of garbage I spend 2 hrs trying to conecct the wifi and all i get was the device is to far and i was right next to the moden even whit the enternet cable no internet connection this is

    I researched Printers before I went out to purchase this one & am not to happy with the printing Quality at all & when printing it's sometimes very slow , Not worth the money I spent for this at all , very very Disappointed :(

    This printer jams almost every time I try to print on two sides (with regular copy paper). This issue has made this printer all but unusable for the purpose I bought it for.

    Original purchase of this printer started jamming and creasing pages for no apparent reason. All attempts to correct it didn't help. Since it was past the return period, I had to resort to an exchange from Epson under the warranty. The replacement printer is a refurbished machine and the print quality of plain black text is awful. I would not recommend this printer to anyone. Sorry Epson, you used to be my go to printer company.

    This is the slowest printer I have ever used. I just printed a one page pdf and it took 2 minutes and 51 seconds. For a $400 printer, I expected a lot more.
