I am very happy with my printer. Its great not to have to worry about getting new ink cartridges all the time. I appreciate the excellent service I received. The sales associate was patient and went out of his way to help me open an account which made the purchase simple to complete. Best Buy is the best.

It was a challenge to set up and I am pleased with it now. After setting it all up though, I still couldn’t get my computer to communicate with the printer. After much angst and searching on the internet, I finally found the problem. The driver was corrupt. I needed to delete the driver and all accompanying files. After doing that and reinstalling, it works great and I am very happy with it.

So far so good! Easy as pie to set up and great print quality. Could not be happier.

I bought this printer because I was tired of hunting down expensive cartridges for my former printer. So, I give it good grades for being a tank printer. The print quality is about average. I give it three stars because it was a pain to set up. The instructions were meager and difficult to understand. I have not yet managed to hook up the printer to my internet. I just can't make it work. Don't know why. No help from anyone. It's a good thing I had a cable left over from my old printer. The instructions say I might need a USB cable. What is that? I have a lot of USB cables hanging around. I didn't know there has to be a special plug on the printer end. And why can't they include a cable? The controls are not intuitive and when I went to scan something I had to download software. My former printer was nowhere near this difficult.

It works for me (my 14yr old grandson recommended it) luckily, he was also able to “coach” me long distance as I had difficulty understanding all the directions. Not sure I can still do everything it is capable of, but I can do what I Need to have done with it. Time will tell if the ink holds out like my grandson said it will.

Had earlier owned previous model of Epson printer with eco tanks. Needed an upgrade and stayed with the Epson brand of eco tanks. Replacing printer cartridges nearly every 3 months is a thing in the past.

Works great easy set up!! No more buying ink at crazy prices!!

Overall I love this printer. I feel like it is guiltless printing. Set-up was super easy even for a non-techs like me. If I have one disappointment, it would be that the construction is not as durable as I have had in the past. But we all know they just don’t make things like they used to.

I have had this printer for about a month, and here are some pros and cons on what I've seen: Pro: It is not an HP. I had tons of problems with HP. Also, the large ink tanks seen to be lasting quite well with heavy to moderate office printing. Cons: The scanner is very slow, but the worst part is it does not seem to work with Air Print. Hooking it up wirelessly is a CHORE. But - if you just need a decent printer that plugs right into your computer, this will do just fine.

Excellent printer! Easy to install (make sure you go online to do so and not use the disc). Had to call for help regarding a registration issue and the issue as resolved in under 5 minutes. Great customer service to back up the printer. Great resources online too.

Love this printer! Easy instructions for installation, there is nothing I don't like about this. The ink tank is efficient. Definitely recommend, especially for work at home use.
