I was apprehensive about setting up a wireless printer on my own (I'm an older less technical person), but I managed without too much trouble. Have had it for a few weeks and all good with it.

I was sold on this printer because I was told by a Best Buy associate that it offered duplex (two-sided) scanning. He said the ET 2850 did not have it but the ET 3850 and ET 4850 did have it. I was lied to, as it does not. Not only that, but the duplex printing is a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE to work. The option does not pop up where it usually does, and you have to go back deep into your settings and adjust three things every single time you want to print double-sided. To figure this out, I had to painfully sit through two hours of customer service as they explained in the most roundabout way possible. Also, the ADF gets jammed if you try to scan loose-leaf paper, which is almost 100% of my scanning. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this printer and will be returning it. I was also told by the Best Buy associate that this printer is easier to setup and you don't have to do all the complicated signing in and downloading the app to print. I was also lied to on that, as you have to do every bit if not more than HP requires. I do not have a great level of satisfaction with HP products but this somehow managed to be worse in every single way.

I have the printer set up , but i have a new computer and it's not hooked up yet, so no printing yet , but my daughter can print from her phone

Its great to see a company ship a printer with more than just a "starter set" of ink. Way to go Epson. Great job.

The printer seems well built. I like the idea of the Ecotank. We will see over the long haul if the price is worth it. I have not printed much with it yet, but it seems alright.

Got printer quickly. Ordered online and store had in stock. Then picked up as promised.

The checkout clerk was great the store was laid out amazingly I found quickly what I wanted to find and there’s a demo there set up where I could try it out so that’s all really good experience.

This printer was recommended by a sale person at BestBuy. first day it was okay, 2nd time was ehh i figured tech was having a bad day. then 30 days return ran out and this printer took a massive turn for the worse! wouldn't download the software even with a new computer, printer would print pages upside down, make changes and would continue. the printer will continue to cycle likes its going to print but never does. I have to turn off unplug, re-plug in, go to maintenance and re-adjust the print heads every time before printing 1 paper, them i will be lucky to get a few pages before the hole thing goes bad again. I had a different Epson printer before this and it only last 2 years before giving similar problems with lead to it being thrown in the trash. Here I am 6 months later after buying this ET-3850 printer and its about to get thrown in the trash. Also the WIFI tech in this printer is not good. System will show "connected" but no device can get it to print even after going though all the trouble shooting. $400 paper weight this thing is! i REGET buying this unit. I shouldn't have taken the advice from the sale person! First one i bought was crap so is this one! BestBuy and Epson don't care about the issues either.

I love my new printer. It does everything I need it too. Easy to insrall and beautiful copies.

Easy enough to set up, printed right away! Got it cause a friend said she rarely has to refill the ink. Let's see!

This is a great printer with no problems so far. i like epson eco-tank. the cartridge printer ran out the ink fast.

Best printer yet! ECO Tank is key for productivity. Scans are clear and pretty fast.

The cost to print is great, but the positive stops there. The picture quality is very poor. I use this printer to make 64 page catalogs for our salesforce. It take almost an hour to print 1 catalog. I also use a HP MFP M479fdw color laser print to print the same catalog. I can print 3 copies of the HP in the time it takes to print one on the Epson ET-3850, The pictures from the Epson are very poor when put next to the HP laser printer. I sure money the saved using the Epson ET-3850 does not justify the extra time to print and the poor quality of the pictures is not
