Not suited for home office use, or any use...
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i was really hoping that Epson fixed all of it's issues over the years which prevented me from buying any more Epson printers, but it looks like they still can't get it right. Right out of the box, the pdf scanner jams up making it difficult to scan more than 3 pages at a time. I printed several large documents and initially I was very please with the performance, until I took a closer look and noticed that a good majority of the letter were only partially printed making the document difficult to read. I returned this printer ASAP and spent a bit more for the Canon Maxify 4020 which is a far superior printer in every way. Pros: Looks nice, compact design, eas flip down paper feed option, super easy to use software. Con's:

Print Quality Very Poor
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had been so excited to get an Epson Supertank Printer, but everything I printed was pale compared to the Epson Workforce that I've been using for years. The ink density was only about 60% as dark and crisp as my original Workforce, so, it wasn't worth keeping. Disappointed because I'm a loyal Epson user.

Worst printer and life expectancy 6 months-1 year
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the worst printer. Epson ecotanks last basically 6 months to a year. Do not waste your money on this. When you try to refill the tanks according to directions, ink leaks out everywhere and underneath the printer. You can NOT tell when the ink wells are empty. Best bet is try Canon Pixma. They're less expensive and last way longer.

Waste of an Epson
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Biggest waste of money on a printer that has the EBSON name. It disconnects from the computer all the time. It only prints PDFs from my phone. I never even came close to using all the ink, before it went in the garbage!

Auto document feeder is the worst
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this less than a month and the auto document feeder only feeds 4 pages. I did troubleshooting with Epson and still a problem. Not reliable printer and a complete waste of my time.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Poor print quality, Incredibly SLOW, Hard to install. Buy a much cheaper printer if you don't need scanning.

Careful with resolution
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this in concept but didn't realize the resolution was not as good as my previous Epson Workforce 3640. The text quality on this is blurrier than I would like and not really up to par for a small business. Now I'm bummed and stuck with an expensive printer that makes my business look cheap.

Always busted
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer is nothing short of a constant headache. Every time i walk by it, there's an error on the display that says an error occurred and the system was restarted. Every time we go to print to it, nothing happens, nothing. We have to restart both the printer and the other device sending the print. It then prints. Until it claims it is out of paper, even though it's not. I love the concept of visible refillable tanks, but the software team should all be fired.
