We have only had the printer for a little while. My daughter and grandson have used it many times and they are very happy with the ease of use and the auto fill features. THANK YOU for a wonderful experience.

This is an excellent printer that does not use cartridges. It uses Epson liquid ink instead a a significantly reduced cost. Looks good, easy to operate and reliable. It stays connected to my wi-fi and provides easy printing from mobile devices. It has document handler for multi-page copying and scanning. Scanning works well and you can select the scanned document format (e.g., pdf or jpeg). However, scanner does not have ability to select the output resolution. Overall it was a good switch for me from an HP8600 to this printer.

Easy set-up, connecting to it with a phone or laptop via WiFi is quick and simple, very efficient with ink, unlike my previous HP printer.

This a great printer, very easy to hook up to WIFI and very user friendly, ink lasts a lot longer than the little ink cartridges of the past.

Great printer easy to set up and like self fill ink feature

We got this printer last year and we still haven't used all of the ink we bought with it. Its a solid printer for home. I'm not sure how it would finction in an office setting, but the color is crisp and the printer is pretty quiet. Best of all, I can print right from my phone.

I love my Epson EcoTank ET-3850 All-in-One Supertank Inkjet Printer. As a teacher, I have to print a lot of projects, which used to cost me a fortune in ink expenses every year. However, since I bought this printer in June last year, I have only used half of the ink. It has been a great investment for me.

We've had our ET-3850 for about 2 months now and we love it. Here are what make this an awesome printer for us: -- High quality, color prints, and quick output. -- The ink hasn't moved, and we use this thing a lot. -- Love the double-sided full duplex option. Super easy. -- The scanning feature I use a lot, scanning PDF's right on my laptop is excellent and the software is very simple. -- Easy to set-up, get on the network, and use!

Like the compact size, love the echo tank concept as it saves on ink cost, faster than our previous printer. Wi-Fi function is great.

I love that the ink last. I got the printer 2 months ago, I printed a lot, and all the ink container’s are still full. On the negative side, the color BLACK DOES NOT print black, ONLY when printing photos, it prints like the color Dark Navy Blue, no matter what color adjustments you do. Other than that, I like the printer.

Best Buy is the greatest right off. Highway 119. They always help me fast efficient, very knowledgeable.I've never had one problem out of them.Many, many times and we use it for business and personal.

Epson ET printers are easy to use, come with all the necessary equipment with exception of a USB cord, & are quick & easy to set up. The ET-3560 has a paper tray that loads from the front easily. The top document feeder loads easily & can be closed when not in use to avoid dust from falling into the feeder. There are several different ink saturation options so you can save ink by printing draft documents or print very vivid documents/images with a higher ink saturation.
