    I love this printer. The only complaint i have is it dose not have a paper tray for tabloid or 13"x 19" paper / the rear feed is poorly designed to hold paper

    While my newEpson - EcoTank ET-3850 All-in-One Cartridge-Free Supertank Printer prints and copies well, I have not been able to use the Epson Photo+ or Epson Photo+ Tool because it says "must load drivers and utilities first". On both our PC and laptop, the disc will load the "drivers and utilities" up to 99%, then hangs there and doesn't complete the job. For $400, I am very unhappy.

    Fairly easy to set up. the color prints are acceptable. have not tried photo paper yet. overall pleased with this product.

    Seems to be a good printer haven’t had it that long no issues. I haven’t printed a picture yet but regular print seems to be good quality.

    Great product. BestBuy rep was very helpful and easy to work with. I love the large ink wells. No more expensive small HP cartridges. BestBuy took my old printer to recycle. Thank you.

    After 2 years the product stopped working. Bought new Epson ink tanks. Refilled, ran nozel head check, ran print head cleaning, ran power cleaning and ye still does not print items of color. Complete waste of money

    Love that I can send something to the printer from my phone…very convenient! It’s not as fast as my Canon was and for the price I was surprised about that. But overall it works great.

    Love it. Ink refill feature is the absolute best. Converted ours to a Sublimation printer and now I understand I can use Espon SC sublimation in my EcoTank. Priceless. Coming for that 3170 WF one next.
