When we went back to Beat Buy to pick up some replacements ink bottles, we found out no one sells the photo black or grey bottles anymore! They should not be selling something you cannot buy the ink for! We ended up returning ours for a different model. It was a shame, as the reason we bought was that it had the slot for a SD card. We wanted to print photos that we took with a camera without having to download them to a computer.

Good, not great
