love how the pictures come out with this printer absolutely amazing world recommend

A nightmare to set up. Everything must be done just right. Even a Geek squad advisory failed to not what was needed to use the thing. It leaves lines in black and white across the print and makes it hard to find ICC profiles. Hard to match colors from your software. Even printing from different software. I spent 2 hours on phone with Geek Squad who wanted me to buy security software before they would diagnose the problem. The printer was not registered. No idea that would make the thing fail. Seriously consider other printers that do not have a complicated setup. When I finally printed it took 5-10 prints to get one close to optimal. Had a Pixma Pro 100 that gave good prints but died without recourse so I looked for replacement

Great printer i love that there is no more cartridges for ink to install, its all ink in bottles that you pour in yourself.

Printer came very well packaged i love this printer the ink is very durable even if you print a lot you will do a great investment buying this

Colors came out so bright and perfecti feel in love with first print

This printer is extremely difficult to use. There are 3 papers feeds. The bottom and rear paper feeds are difficult to open or get to. I bought this printer so I could make quality greeting cards. You have to feed cardstock through the rear feed and most of the time, it won't accept the paper. Each piece of card stock has to be inserted one at a time by hand which makes this extremely tedious. Wish I could return. Would not buy again!

Great printer, multiple uses. Actually the second one we have purchased. First one lasted a long time of pretty heavy use for several years!

This is an amazing product. The resolution is the best we have ever had on a printer. We would definitely buy another one.

Haven’t used the printer yet. I purchased it for sublimation. Looking forward to using it! Review is based on my research of product. Will update when I use it for a month or so.

Garbage messed up in a week I was very excited to have to spark on my home. Also, when I ordered it, it came from either ID and of the state. I think it was Best Buy or it was coming from out of state so I was really upset that they said it was coming within two days and it came in three so that was another thing that I hated the three day shipping.

Broke before the included ink ran out (repeated errors of paper jam when no paper in printer, no resolution from them and no online recommended fixes worked). Two hours on the phone over four days, four reference numbers, many emails, a credit card hold for 500 dollars, another credit card hold for 500 dollars because they canceled the warranty claim over a telephone transcription error, and a refurbished (not told it would be refurbished until after cc hold went through) printer is being mailed to me. Everyone I talked to on the phone was great but the bureaucracy they had to deal with made it impossible to fix this issue in a timely way. Even if the next one doesn’t break right away I’ll definitely get to worry about it.

so far. Easy setup, no issues. I have only used it thus far to print watercolor art of Christmas cards and they came out great with perfect color match.

Love this printer, it is big but compact if that makes since. It prints beautifully with accurate punchy colors. It takes on any projects whether you're just printing documents to photos.

Horrible printer! Do not buy. Customer service is even worse. This printer stopped working after 2 months. I purchased this for my online business. It is still under warranty, but since this awful printer is on back order, Epson is unable to mail me out a replacement printer. They have no idea when they will be able to replace this lemon of a printer. They are backordered because so many people are having to return these awful printers that break down quickly. DO NOT BUY.
