Everything fine until it stoped working i am very sad

This is the best printer I have gotten!! I own other epsons but this one takes the cake for all the features! And all it can do! I’m in love

Love this printer. If you’re thinking about purchasing this computer for whatever reason. You cannot go wrong. It prints beautifully

I have only had this printer for 3 1/2 months and it has already stopped printing. I followed all required maintenance to ensure that I would not have any problems but it still just quite working. This was an expensive printer for it to just quit working!! Not worth the money at all!! Buyers beware!

The product is great for printing photos. The EcoTank refill is a added bonus for simplicity.

I was very happy with the printer initially, but unfortunately, it developed persistent paper jam issues after just three months. Despite trying all recommended solutions, including the Epson manual and YouTube tutorials, nothing worked. For such a highly priced printer, the short lifespan is disappointing and not worth the investment.

It’s definitely a really good printer for those getting started but it takes a bit of learning the machine to actually use it successfully. I can’t tell you how many pieces of paper I’ve burned through.

I loved this printer until I didn't. I purchased in March on 2024, by Feb 2025 I was using my warranty to get a new one because it completely went out on me. Here it is Sept 2025 and I am having this same issue. The refurbished computer never worked properly unless I left the lid up or it would cut off completely like my first one. That worked up until it didn't and now raising the lid to print doesn't work. The printer turns on, will try to select an option on the touch screen and it will not budge then turns completely off. I have had nothing but issues to say this printer is soooo expensive!

This was my 3rd attempt at an Epson printer. The first two would not load with my MacBook. I called Epson and was told, "Yes, we've had problems with Macs," but no help beyond those words. Now for this one: I paid more because I wanted inktank and wide-format. Success after many hours! Initially printed from the rear feeder but stopped after a month. Continuously reads "paper out" when I've refilled it; there is paper in the bottom tray. The printer is loud and squeaky—cheap plastic. I think Epson should invest money in their products rather than pay Shaq. Nothings against Shaq.

Getting it to communicate with the computer is tricky at times.

This was supposed to be a professional printer out of the box with super high resolution and picture perfect color…. It’s not. This has decent color and speed for its resolution, but has lines every inch or so even after being calibrated and printing on the highest setting. I am so frustrated with this printer and would warn anyone else to not over pay for a mediocre machine.

Customers services was very good n the curbside employee was very friendly n helpfull

This prnter is so versatile and canprint so many different types of things. It was a great purchase.

I don’t like that I brought this printer and now it’s on sale for hundreds of dollars cheaper
