    I order this et-8550 printer and when I got it, I couldn't even set it up. After picking English as language it gave me an error that my maintance box is at the end of it's life cycle and needs to be replaced. I didn't even get to the point to put ink in it. I took it back and Best Buy sent me another one same model. This one printed 3 good pages then had paper jam. After getting paper out, it kept telling me paper jam every time I tried to print.

    I printed 32 times and the printer stopped feeding paper. I had to go through Epson and they are sending me a refurbished printed. Very disappointing. I purchased this specifically for at prints, and it's been nothing but trouble. Hopefully the refurbished printer works better than the brand new printer.
