Bad printer

Faulty and cannot return

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Like any other epson doesn’t work well, although I thought because it is wider and has more color ink tanks it would be great, very dissappointed when it seems like they are corrupt and resell as new their old or used epsons, jams my papers all the time after trying everything very faulty don’t recommend at all

I tried to bring it back after not even having it for 30 days and they said the time had expired to be able to bring it back or exchange it. Thry said it still has a warranty from epson but i have reached out to them a few times and no one has called me back!

I have to spend 2 hours just printing 100 sheets. Now im stuck with a $800 printer and cant return it

Good when it worked

This is why I’ve taken so long to rate this printer. Run Run Run, don’t waste your money on this. I purchased this in March and it still doesn’t work!!!!

Worst printer purchased

They know this is a recurring common issue as they put troubleshooting steps on how to get it to recognize it has paper. I have a better idea how about Epson designs a printer correctly from the start? Awful printer do not recommend returning today.

Customer service is not very good. We have issues with the printer, we have to turn the power off and then back on to print.

Came home and hooked printer up, and it wouldnt work. It keeps goving me an error message ans i have to start all over. When i did get it hooked up and running, it only prints 1 side of the page. I went to return it and they said it was 2 days past the return date. I just bought it.
