Customer service is not very good. We have issues with the printer, we have to turn the power off and then back on to print.

Poor Printing Quality

Poor printing quality when using regular and high quality paper, might have have worked better with photo paper but I needed to print flyers.

All the bells and whistles come at the expense of quick use. Everything is a hassle and complication. There is a weird second tray to get to. Going through Epson app is constantly delayed. No bueno.

Return window has closed and im not sure what to do at this point.

Faulty printer

I’m just getting around to opening it and it’s stuck in recovery mode. All I did was plug it up. Now $800 down the drain because they want give a replacement me.Because the print are in color and not clear.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After owing two epson XP-950 wide print and wearing them out with the number of prints I do, I moved up to the ET-8550. I've found it to be an excellent printer even though I just had trouble with paper feed stripping a gear when I pulled the jammed paper out. As far as prints I could not ask for better prints except from a professional lab. I travel around the Unites States in an truck and a travel trailer which has a desk in the front where the computer and printer ride and hopefully it will ride from Florida to Alaska making prints all the way. My other Epsons had been through the lower 48 and did well. This printer has an arm to lock the print head in position when traveling so it should travel well. Good thinking on part of the design team.
