Ordered and received printer next day. Delivery service was careful and box was in excellent condition. Setup was a little involved, but that is expected with a photo printer.

Initially I thought it was ok, but I spent a lot of time learning everything I could & I returned it. It doesn't print a true borderless photo, it leaves an uneven white line on the right or else it cuts part of the pic off. I saw a video on why this happens. Then I kept getting error messages that rear feeder was empty when it wasn't. :( Did all of their cleaning & still got it. Googled it & a lot of ppl were complaining. I want troublefree & decided to return it.

Excellent printer. Good color gamut. Very economical compared to my old 3800.

Ok ~2 weeks after run packing this the paper tray stop sliding out. Called support. Really poorly trained staff. Found it really disheartening when the support person asked about checking ink feed. They did not know how to explain location of this needed info. After I found them they asked for a picture. I sent it. When I asked what this has to do about fixing the printer she stated it was policy. So I take they do not support third party ink. They have poorly trained staff that do not know printers being supported. Any they are just worried that someone is using thread party ink. - VERY POOR LOOK EPSON -

This is an ok printer.. it does what it says it will however, the ink in the tanks will dry or separate too quickly, and requires the printer to be shaken or rattled at minimum every other day. That said, it makes pretty decent images.

I remember with an old printer that I used to be able to upload items to print straight from my phone. Thei new one requires an app for that, even though it shows up as a print option straight from the phone (it doesn't work from that). But the app is very, very slow to load. Overall it doesn't add anything positive to the user experience.

I have purchased 2 epson 8550 printers and both of them stopped working with an 31004 error code. Turn off like it says and they wont turn back on. Absolutely trash. Customer service is horrible. I think a 1 star is way more than the deserve. Then you can give a real review cause they dont wont you to down them.

This is the 2nd printer with the same problem. Colors are not bright and the gray color is light purple. I will be returning this printer for my money back!!! Not a happy customer.

Out the box I’m having an issue where it’s printing only HALF THE PAGE of my documents. It works alright 60% of the time.
