Getting the ink in and first print was easy. The only difficult part I've seen is printing the bigger sizes. It requires taking out a part in the back, but the directions are pretty easy to do, just more of a convenience thing of taking it out and in. Overall I am really happy with this printer.

The first two would not load with my MacBook. I called Epson and was told, "Yes, we've had problems with Macs," but no help beyond those words. Now for this one: I paid more because I wanted inktank and wide-format. Success after many hours! Initially printed from the rear feeder but stopped after a month. Continuously reads "paper out" when I've refilled it; there is paper in the bottom tray. The printer is loud and squeaky—cheap plastic. I think Epson should invest money in their products rather than pay Shaq. Nothings against Shaq.
