Great printer for my wife printing needs,and works well without issues

Printer constantly has issues ranging from my devices cannot find it, it shows unavailable in the middle of print jobs, it cannot handle jobs that my old HP can print - the only positive is the print quality, if/when you can get it to print. Oh, and don’t expect any help from Epson. They want a credit card and $5 to even engage with you…and won’t reveal if there’s additional charges or guarantee any help. Never again, Epson.

This printer is the bomb! A little pricey but well worth it

I bought it online. Then I went into the store to pick it up. I got in less than 5 mins and o went to work. Everything was easy and quick. Best buy is my number 1 go to store for electronics!!

Great quality print outs. Only con is finding the right paper for the right type of print. If you're doing normal stuff and family type photos, any photo paper is ok. If you're trying to sell items, somewhere like red river paper that has a sample pack to find the look you want is worth it. With good paper, the quality is way better than somewhere like Walgreens, Sam's club, Staples, etc.

The scan size is great. I like that there are three paper trays, 2 in the front and 1 in the top back that you can raise up. The touch screen is a huge bonus.

I love the color printing with this printer. This is the first time I went with an Epson and I'm so glad I did. Took me some time to figure out the scanning to the Mac but other than that, I love it.

Color perfect. The main problem is it keeps ripping paper. I mostly use 11x17

This is a superb printer. The ink tanks fill quickly, and the paper choices are beautiful.

This printer looks big and nice. All Epson printers should come with the cable for wired connection tho.

Great printer. Not a difficult setup. Epson has good support. Watch the YouTube videos from the artists that use it, you’ll have a great time. Worth the money

A nightmare to set up. Everything must be done just right. Even a Geek squad advisory failed to not what was needed to use the thing. It leaves lines in black and white across the print and makes it hard to find ICC profiles. Hard to match colors from your software. Even printing from different software. I spent 2 hours on phone with Geek Squad who wanted me to buy security software before they would diagnose the problem. The printer was not registered. No idea that would make the thing fail. Seriously consider other printers that do not have a complicated setup. When I finally printed it took 5-10 prints to get one close to optimal. Had a Pixma Pro 100 that gave good prints but died without recourse so I looked for replacement

We love the printer, it is a little hard to run the larger paper through. You have to take the back off and run it through. It came out great however

Bought 2 of this and was defected. One didn’t turn on and the other wasn’t pulling paper thru

I love the ET 8558 that I bought in December 2023. The features are great. it meets all my needs for printing pictures or making copies. Thanks a lot Epson
