Excellent printer, does everything that I need for it to do

Best Buy delivered me a sound system instead of this printer. So I went into my local store to resolve the issue, and to get the correct thing I ordered, and they said they could not replace it for me and only offered me a refund. Customer service wasted a lot of my time and were extremely inconsiderate and unhelpful. Don’t waste your time here and order it from anywhere else. As for the actual printer itself, once I got my refund from best buy I ordered it from a different website and it arrived quickly and safely. If you are expecting professional quality prints, just be warned that it leaves roller marks on prints and bleeds ink a lot. I tried every possible solution to get rid of the roller marks but found nothing that worked. I am a professional artist and an epson customer of over 10 years and quite frankly I’m pretty disappointed in this newer model. It is an ok quality printer, but not worth it for the price. The colors look very good, but not significantly different or better than how the older models printed, I thought the inclusion of the grey ink would make a big difference but not really.

Ink sipper compared to e-1500, have only had it for a few months and hoping it is more durable that the e-1500. Got the extended warranty just in case, I recommend rear feed only for photo printing unless you want to waste time with errors and jams.

love it, this experice was just what i was looking for.

The quality is good however the set up is difficult and there are no decent instructions. I found it very complicated to use and I think it’s going to require a huge learning curve. You seem to have to reset every time you make a print enter in the type of paper and size and there are multiple ways to load a normal size sheet of paper which is very confusing. Took me half an hour to find the correct cassette to insert the paper because of poor directions . I feel like it’s going to be a lot of time consuming frustrating troubleshooting to learn this complex machine. I would only recommend to someone overly tech savvy.

This printer is the bomb! A little pricey but well worth it

Printer constantly has issues ranging from my devices cannot find it, it shows unavailable in the middle of print jobs, it cannot handle jobs that my old HP can print - the only positive is the print quality, if/when you can get it to print. Oh, and don’t expect any help from Epson. They want a credit card and $5 to even engage with you…and won’t reveal if there’s additional charges or guarantee any help. Never again, Epson.

Great quality print outs. Only con is finding the right paper for the right type of print. If you're doing normal stuff and family type photos, any photo paper is ok. If you're trying to sell items, somewhere like red river paper that has a sample pack to find the look you want is worth it. With good paper, the quality is way better than somewhere like Walgreens, Sam's club, Staples, etc.
