Great quality color prints on a variety of papers, having no need for ink cartridges is a gamechanger and takes your mind off expensive ink costs. My only critique is that it tends to jam on occasion when the paper isn’t inserted just right.

We love the quality and speed of printing. It feeds transparencies and card stock very well, no more feeding one sheet at a time! There is an issue where it randomly resets to needing feeding paper from the rear port, I have to reset to factory defaults to fix it, I plan to call tech support to figure this out. Otherwise we love this printer!!

The prints are amazing. Great quality. It does great with all types of paper and card stock. Very impressed

Easy to setup, prints quickly and quietly with excellent results. Don't print often? That's fine, 3 went months without printing and everything still came out great, no need to run a laborious clean cycle (looking at you Epson).

I didn’t realized i bought 2 but i’ll use this for a project while the other i’ll use for printing love the big size i’ll still play with it to update my review. A bit pricey though

Converted to sublimation. No issues. Easy setup. Great quality. I have purchased 2 and converted the other to DTF.

An absolute marvel of engineering along with simple and smooth software (on a Mac and iOS). The ink bottle loading is a breeze. Photographic and large format print quality and speed are off the charts. My previous ink-jet experience with Cannon/HP was of pain and misery, this Epson model is unbelievable, printing 13 x 19" sheets and 8.5 x 11" photographic.

This item wasnt in the store but was shipped in a timely manner. It does everything we need it to with clear printing and lots of ink for the refillable cartridges.

This printer is amazing. It prints excellent images. Easy to set up and easy to use. I have not used the scanner as of yet. All of my other printers have scanners so really have not needed the 11x17 scanning capability.

This would be my 3rd et8550 printer. One of my favorite printer. 3rd not because of issue but needed more printer.

By far the best printer I have ever owned. Very high quality image printing and the ink tanks save a ton of money

This printer is the easiest printer I ever used in my life! I can’t say to much because I did convert it for sublimation and omg the colors are so vibrant! Speed is so so but it depends on what you are comparing it to.
