The Photos are crisp, and the colors are true. I could not tell the difference between the photo printed on my Canon Pixima Pro 9000 Mark II and the ET-8550.

The large ink wells last a long time . After 1 year still using the original ink and printer works like a charm.

Ordered another one but got extended service plan with the new one. On the plus side print quality is outstanding for photos

Only con would be that it's a bit slower than others I've had, but not a problem. Ink levels seen through windows are great. Prints come out fantastic.

I purchase the digital only images for my child’s school pictures and print them at home and family thought they where professionally printed. Only thing I wished this printer did was come with a tray that allowed you to print pvc cards

The color accuracy and cost to print is really impressive. We worked with a couple higher end printers before this but the cost per print (Although great quality) was too high. This threaded the needle nicely between operating cost and quality.

The photo quality is outstanding! The included photo adjustment software is convenient and works exceedingly well! The large capacity ink tanks last a very long time!
