    Love the ecotank. Disappointed that it does not auto flip the 11 x 17 sheets.

    I loved this printer until I didn't. I purchased in March on 2024, by Feb 2025 I was using my warranty to get a new one because it completely went out on me. Here it is Sept 2025 and I am having this same issue. The refurbished computer never worked properly unless I left the lid up or it would cut off completely like my first one. That worked up until it didn't and now raising the lid to print doesn't work. The printer turns on, will try to select an option on the touch screen and it will not budge then turns completely off. I have had nothing but issues to say this printer is soooo expensive!

    Horrible printer! Do not buy. Customer service is even worse. This printer stopped working after 2 months. I purchased this for my online business. It is still under warranty, but since this awful printer is on back order, Epson is unable to mail me out a replacement printer. They have no idea when they will be able to replace this lemon of a printer. They are backordered because so many people are having to return these awful printers that break down quickly. DO NOT BUY.

    Very advanced, lots of ways to set and produce sharp prints. Added inks to get better and smoother graduations in your colors. Economical inks, impressed so far. Good scanner in it with adjustments in your scanning

    I am impressed with this printer!! Easy and simple set up, amazing picture quality and I love the front touch screen. I can easly print from my cell phone, ipad or PC. Very quick delivery.

    This printer I purchased for my business use. What a waste after 3 to 4 uses it jammed. Less than 90 days of use. I went to purchase another because I truly love the way it prints. Let see how this works. Oh and I purchased the geek squad plan yes a big joke. 130 old plan + 130 new plan=260 I could have purchased 2 printers. Paid too much money for this to occur so soon.

    I purchased this because a lot of reviews said the printing quality was great and colors were accurate. We've done so much trouble shooting and the printing only prints really dull colors. It's color matching is worse than a standard printer! We've reached out to Epson support for help because we've tried almost everything on the Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Printer itself and can't seem to figure out what's wrong. Epson support was no help at all. They said it was user error and that the printer is only printing as directed by the application we're using which... its not. We've adjusted the color profiles on Photoshop and everything and the prints are still coming out muted and dull. I'm so disappointed with this purchase and with Epson. I got it for $700. $700! And its printing worse quality than a basic printer. And on top of it, Epson has been 0 help. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. What a disappointing experience.

    I cannot say I recommend this printer just yet. The settings are a bit wonky on the driver end. Printing in color is off, but that could be a setting issue.

    Poor hardware quality and the lack of support.

    The printer was purchased to print artwork and photography for business purposes. Hardware issues has began occurring approximately 18 days after it was delivered. Specifically, the prints come out significantly slanted to a degree that cannot be corrected by the alignment processes of the machine. A return was denied because it was past the 15 day return period. The issue was shoved to Epson. After spending the majority of a day on the phone with them troubleshooting every tiny aspect of the printer, it was declared "hardware malfunction," despite it should have been since the start. Epson support was of not much help, offering to send a refurbished model despite it being within warranty, I have requested a new model since I've only had the machine for exactly 30 days when calling. After nearly 20 days of back and forth spending endless hours on phones talking to various different people, I have yet to receive either a refurbished model or new model. Currently, I do not have the option to return it, or a properly functional machine. With virtually no support from BestBuy or Epson. If you choose to purchase this printer, and it arrives with any issues, there will be no assistance to help you. You will be completely on your own and if you cannot fix it yourself, you'd be down the price you have paid for it. This serious lack of efficiency in resolving such a minor issue has caused major delays on my work flow. And this purchase has been a huge disappointment.

    Didn’t expect it will be having such bad issues so soon I just bought mine and it’s not wanting to take sticker paper it makes this big loud noise I need to return it .. I have Ecotank 2800 and it works perfect with the same type of paper

    I have only had this printer for 3 1/2 months and it has already stopped printing. I followed all required maintenance to ensure that I would not have any problems but it still just quite working. This was an expensive printer for it to just quit working!! Not worth the money at all!! Buyers beware!

    Terrible experience.

    I wanted to love this printer but... It took 40 minutes to print a 4*6 over wifi and it only printed 1/2 of the photo! I tried this numerous times but after spending hours upon hours trying to print a 4*6 (I chose the correct paper both in my printing program and on the printer). I'm returning it. The network test says the signal strength is "Excellent". I'm using a FIOS router to connect. The computer and the printer are on the same network. I've found many websites where people are having the same issues. I've tried resolving the issues by uninstalling the bloatware that comes with the printer and only installing the drivers required to print. So far I have 2 photos that took an hour and a half to print and they are not even complete AND, that sucked up 1/4 tank of each cart! I'm going to see if I can get a new one as this one appears to be a lemon.

    I got good photo prints out of this printer, as long as you use the Epson App or Tool on windows you'll be fine and set the right settings.
