As a retired professional photographer I first started using Epson printers since 1999. Never had a significant problem and used 3rd party inks with only a few lost cartridges. Being able to fill your own colors makes it cost effective. This size printer allows me to make 12x16 prints effortlessly.

For a wide printer with excellent quality prints, this is highly recommended! I would give it 5 stars if it didn’t give some random black ink marks on the edges of some of my black and white prints. I printed a 640 page book back and front so I definitely had the machine working hard. Besides the black mark that was intermittent and happened on about 20 pages total. I love the ink bottle idea vs the cartridge and even after the 640 page book, the black ink level has barely moved. I will likely always be an Epson fan since I have used their printers for over 20 years. Consistent quality on photo prints. This specific one is a bit pricey, but I am overall happy with the purchase.

Without the help of ChatGBT I would have been in so much trouble and would have regretted my purchase. Epson is new to me. Figuring out how to access the rear and why did the printer just cancel my print and send my paper through with out printing…. I searched YouTube which didn’t lead to much help for the problems I had. Overall it’s a nice product. I purchased it so that I can send thicker media through the printer.

Excellent product when it is working, very frustrating when it is not. I used this product for about 8 months and it produced excellent quality prints and it did not use up ink too quickly. A few months back however I ran into a 034004 printing code and haven't been able to print since despite going through its troubleshooting steps. Still working to try and get support. Will see how that goes. Fingers crossed.

Pretty happy with this printer so far, it's become a workhorse for my prints. It has a bit of a learning curve, especially if you want to use custom icc profiles (red river paper is a great source) Over the last month I've printed something pretty much daily and still over half on the ink tanks which is wonderful. If you get this printer I highly recommend looking up Keith Cooper on YouTube, he also has a website with tons of great information on the printer that you can't find on Epson that has really improved the quality of my prints and let me really dial the printer in for my needs.

This is the biggest piece of junk I've ever bought. I've had this thing for 3 months and used it enough to empty about 50% of the ink from the tanks... So a moderate amount... I use it to make prints of my artwork and was trying to print some very small batch comic books. It literally jams on EVERY sheet of paper. It sounds like a meat grinder. During print jobs with more than just a single page, it powers itself off and back on, then restarts the print job. I was trying to print a 5 page book and it's wasted 100 sheets of paper. I'd give this thing negative stars if I could. I'm about to take it out in the drive way and treat it like the guys from Office Space. It doesn't even make any sense. I've tried cleaning it, aligning it, all the things... I hate this printer so much. I'd have felt better about my life if I'd have purchased the 5 pound bag of Haribo sugar free gummy bears and free based them all at once.
