Great quality color prints on a variety of papers, having no need for ink cartridges is a gamechanger and takes your mind off expensive ink costs. My only critique is that it tends to jam on occasion when the paper isn’t inserted just right.

I came to the store the service was decent but I thought I was buying a sublimation printer. That's what I was told by the store person that helped me find the Epson 8550. I realized upon getting it home after I put the ink in it that it was not a sublimation printer unless I put sublimation ink in that and I feel like they should have told me this from the get-go. This led to me being confused and setting up the printer as a regular inkjet. I was not able to use it for sublimation. I bought this for my art business and I expected that I would be able to use it for sublimation. The printer overall for other things other than the sublimation has been a great printer until recently. The ink started to blot up I've done cleaning and everything else but it's messing up when I try to print things out now

Absolutely amazing i have been saving up for this printer for some time now. I work making birthday souvenirs, tshirts and other paper crafts and now having the wide format printing makes the possibilities endless. The ink lasts forever compared to cartridges. Once you get an ecotank younwill never go nack to cartridge printers

I didn’t realized i bought 2 but i’ll use this for a project while the other i’ll use for printing love the big size i’ll still play with it to update my review. A bit pricey though

This is a great printer (most of the time) and easy to use. I go through 1 or 2 a year due to my work, each printer gets me an average of 3500-4000 pages before it gets a little sassy. Best Buy makes the return process incredibly easy and I couldn't imagine buying it from anywhere else.

WOW! This is a rather interesting printer. Well built, and not what I expected. My Color laser is in need of repair and needed something that can do large format until it is repaired. Took a bit to figure out the tray loading, but it was not too hard. Speed was incredible, color on photo paper was better than most. Edge to edge is really nice. Was always leaning against inkjet because of the cartridge cost, so the ink well was a great idea. Ink filled quickly and is inexpensive - not as cheap as laser, but for me, close enough. Printing a normal page was fast and very clean. The retractable tray is a nice touch. The scanner does a great job, copy works perfect. Over all - I can see why it is so expensive, well worth the cost.

Easy to setup, prints quickly and quietly with excellent results. Don't print often? That's fine, 3 went months without printing and everything still came out great, no need to run a laborious clean cycle (looking at you Epson).

Superb quality prints. The Eco Tank option is definitely a must with this kind of printers.

This print was absolutely amazing and ot was just what i needed in a printer. Love how i was able print bigger. And the ink quality was great.

I have had this printer for a little over a month now. I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of the printer itself, as well as the prints that it produces. I wanted a printer that would allow me to print the thousands of pictures that I have amassed over the years and have never taken the time to have them printed. This printer allows me to decide which pictures I want to print and what size, up to a mind blowing 13" x 19".

This printer is awesome!!! Fast printing easy to set and use. Print with. Bright colors. I recommend anyone to buy this printer. I want another you cant go wrong with this printer

So far this thing has been wonderful for my crafting. I bought it to make shower invitations and decor for a friend and it worked wonderfully. I just wish it used ink tanks that were changeable instead of ink you have to load. But that’s a minimal inconvenience for now nice this printer is.

Love the way it prints. I have 2 of them. but they jam and have issues.

This printer is seriously the best one I’ve had so far. I have not had any issues like we did with out HP ones. It was pricey as I wanted to do more than just print off labels. Pictures are high quality.

Works great for my wife’s sticker business! Th fist one went strong for 2 years going nearly 24/7.
