Lord, have I lost time….
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn’t know what I was missing. Larger print size printers are amazing, double sided printers are amazing, high quality printers are amazing. Lord that huge colorful tilting display is amazing. The eaay connection through bluetooth is amazing… Yeah, I had a canon before and initially I cried when it broke down, but after the change to this Epson I can better understand that saying that goes “when God shuts a door…”

Et 8550 review
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty happy with this printer so far, it's become a workhorse for my prints. It has a bit of a learning curve, especially if you want to use custom icc profiles (red river paper is a great source) Over the last month I've printed something pretty much daily and still over half on the ink tanks which is wonderful. If you get this printer I highly recommend looking up Keith Cooper on YouTube, he also has a website with tons of great information on the printer that you can't find on Epson that has really improved the quality of my prints and let me really dial the printer in for my needs.

GreatEpson Quality with an intermittent issue
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For a wide printer with excellent quality prints, this is highly recommended! I would give it 5 stars if it didn’t give some random black ink marks on the edges of some of my black and white prints. I printed a 640 page book back and front so I definitely had the machine working hard. Besides the black mark that was intermittent and happened on about 20 pages total. I love the ink bottle idea vs the cartridge and even after the 640 page book, the black ink level has barely moved. I will likely always be an Epson fan since I have used their printers for over 20 years. Consistent quality on photo prints. This specific one is a bit pricey, but I am overall happy with the purchase.

Upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed an upgrade from my 2014 Canon PIXMA printer. This Epson is great, ink deposit is a little more effort than just loading cartridges but should be less often and better prints. Only issue worried about long term is the auto print tray slides out forward pretty far, about 12 inches - could run into issues with wear/tear. No issues with iPhone over WiFi printing.

Epson quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a great printer. Definitely a little pricey, but hopefully that means quality and longevity. There's quite a bit of unpacking to do once you open the box. It's worth it, though. It prints great pictures. Using ink bottles has been a huge plus so far. Cheap ink is available online.

Saves a lot, but bordless on Mac doesn't work
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this kind of printer, I could print amazing arts using it, but when you use an Apple computer, the bordless function doesn't work like when you use a Windows computer, there is a border in the printing and you have to cut the paper if you wanna that effect with no borders at all. Saves a lot in ink purchases and has a good app to operate through phones.

Extremely Versatile Large Format Ink Tank Printer
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Epson EcoTank ET-8550 is one of the most versatile printer/scanner I've ever owned. It is very economical in terms of ink consumption. It provides multiple output media sources (2 media trays, a rear feeder, and a CD tray). The printer also supports printer sizes up to 13x19. A key feature is that the printer supports printing from wireless devices (notebook computers, cell phones, tablets, etc.) and connects to our household Wi-Fi network without issues. I have encountered zero problems using the printer, as it has performed flawlessly.

Glad I chose Epson
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Much more user friendly than the HP that I previously used. Uses considerably less ink. Direct print of photos and documents from a cellphone is much easier than the jumping through hoops experience of HP Smart.
