The top feeder has frequent paper jams, it occasionally draws the paper in at an angle, etc. This is a $250 printer marked up because "EcoTank". The photo print quality is mediocre, the driver software is not great, and it's also quite slow. Worst of all, it keeps randomly cancelling prints in the middle of them on expensive 13x19 paper, prints that take several minutes to complete. No error message is given, it just says "Cancelled". Then when you try again it'll randomly work for a few more pages until it cancels again. Wasting paper, ink, time, and most of all, my patience. I am returning this and potentially never buying an Epson product again just because of how bad my experience has been with this one.

I found it very complicated to use and I think it’s going to require a huge learning curve. You seem to have to reset every time you make a print enter in the type of paper and size and there are multiple ways to load a normal size sheet of paper which is very confusing. Took me half an hour to find the correct cassette to insert the paper because of poor directions . I feel like it’s going to be a lot of time consuming frustrating troubleshooting to learn this complex machine. I would only recommend to someone overly tech savvy.
