Great printer, multiple uses. Actually the second one we have purchased. First one lasted a long time of pretty heavy use for several years!

This printer is extremely difficult to use. There are 3 papers feeds. The bottom and rear paper feeds are difficult to open or get to. I bought this printer so I could make quality greeting cards. You have to feed cardstock through the rear feed and most of the time, it won't accept the paper. Each piece of card stock has to be inserted one at a time by hand which makes this extremely tedious. Wish I could return. Would not buy again!

Love this printer, it is big but compact if that makes since. It prints beautifully with accurate punchy colors. It takes on any projects whether you're just printing documents to photos.

so far. Easy setup, no issues. I have only used it thus far to print watercolor art of Christmas cards and they came out great with perfect color match.

Broke before the included ink ran out (repeated errors of paper jam when no paper in printer, no resolution from them and no online recommended fixes worked). Two hours on the phone over four days, four reference numbers, many emails, a credit card hold for 500 dollars, another credit card hold for 500 dollars because they canceled the warranty claim over a telephone transcription error, and a refurbished (not told it would be refurbished until after cc hold went through) printer is being mailed to me. Everyone I talked to on the phone was great but the bureaucracy they had to deal with made it impossible to fix this issue in a timely way. Even if the next one doesn’t break right away I’ll definitely get to worry about it.

Do not buy this item. We bought it just a day before Thanksgiving. When we went back to Beat Buy to pick up some replacements ink bottles, we found out no one sells the photo black or grey bottles anymore! They should not be selling something you cannot buy the ink for! We ended up returning ours for a different model. It was a shame, as the reason we bought was that it had the slot for a SD card. We wanted to print photos that we took with a camera without having to download them to a computer.

This is the best printer I have gotten!! I own other epsons but this one takes the cake for all the features! And all it can do! I’m in love

Everything fine until it stoped working i am very sad

It’s definitely a really good printer for those getting started but it takes a bit of learning the machine to actually use it successfully. I can’t tell you how many pieces of paper I’ve burned through.

Best printer I have ever owned, I love the eco-tank system, the ink lasts you for a very long while.

The product is great for printing photos. The EcoTank refill is a added bonus for simplicity.
