    This was supposed to be a professional printer out of the box with super high resolution and picture perfect color…. It’s not. This has decent color and speed for its resolution, but has lines every inch or so even after being calibrated and printing on the highest setting. I am so frustrated with this printer and would warn anyone else to not over pay for a mediocre machine.

    Garbage messed up in a week I was very excited to have to spark on my home. Also, when I ordered it, it came from either ID and of the state. I think it was Best Buy or it was coming from out of state so I was really upset that they said it was coming within two days and it came in three so that was another thing that I hated the three day shipping.

    Printer arrived with inside tab missing I didn't notice until another one popped out causing lines throughout my prints. I believe the printer was refurbished not brand new as described
