    Ordered and received printer next day. Delivery service was careful and box was in excellent condition. Setup was a little involved, but that is expected with a photo printer.

    Initially I thought it was ok, but I spent a lot of time learning everything I could & I returned it. It doesn't print a true borderless photo, it leaves an uneven white line on the right or else it cuts part of the pic off. I saw a video on why this happens. Then I kept getting error messages that rear feeder was empty when it wasn't. :( Did all of their cleaning & still got it. Googled it & a lot of ppl were complaining. I want troublefree & decided to return it.
