Really poorly trained staff. Found it really disheartening when the support person asked about checking ink feed. They did not know how to explain location of this needed info. After I found them they asked for a picture. I sent it. When I asked what this has to do about fixing the printer she stated it was policy. So I take they do not support third party ink. They have poorly trained staff that do not know printers being supported. Any they are just worried that someone is using thread party ink. - VERY POOR LOOK EPSON -

That said, it makes pretty decent images.

The required iOS app breaks experience

Thei new one requires an app for that, even though it shows up as a print option straight from the phone (it doesn't work from that). But the app is very, very slow to load. Overall it doesn't add anything positive to the user experience.

Epson 8550 31004 error code

Turn off like it says and they wont turn back on. Absolutely trash. Customer service is horrible. I think a 1 star is way more than the deserve. Then you can give a real review cause they dont wont you to down them.

Trash QC-Only prints half the wage
