Plastic screen came scratched!!

However, when put into the box at the factory, no protection was made for the plastic screen. It came scratched . Printing speed is very slow. However set up of wireless was easy and it worked the first time. For what you pay it works fine.

Adequate for my purpose

It was on sale and seemed like a good buy. It is adequate, but I'm having trouble with the scanning function. I really miss my old HP and wish I'd spent the extra money to get a new HP instead

Great for Personal Use, Excellent Price

Only using it to test layouts for some design stuff, but it does what I need it to do. Great for simple printings, but wouldn't be good for photographs. Gradient of the ink is poor.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Spent 2 hours on the phone with the geek squad trying to help me get it connected wirelessly as it is supposed to have that ability. Cant get it to connect and im running windows 8 on my lap top. Also tried on XP as well. It .will work wired though so I guess ill just connect that way when i use it instead of returning it because my local store is quite a drive and i dont trust returning it through the mail. It does print nice when i have it hooked up :)

Great Compact Printer

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful and although the item had to be shipped, I had it promptly within a few days. It was also a 'price match' so I was very happy with the cost.
