    Still unable to print using wifi. Took really long to set up with cd. Had to download upgrade. Still unable to print well. Could not get support, took too long to open page for help. Very disappointed.

    I've been buying Epson printer since forever. I stopped buying the other stuff because of software problems. This thing is great on ink too! PLUS, if you are a best buy member, you get 15 percent off ink AND free delivery!

    I bought this printer in store, I only read the product review rating posted on signage on display, not online. What I did like about this printer is that it is wireless/wifi and doesnt require me to have cords hooked up to my printer and laptop all the time. dealing with small spaces and limited outlets this helped a great deal for my workspace. The price of epson ink cartridges are fair around 12.99 for single, a bit more expensive for the 4 inks around $50. For my use they did not last that long however. I bought this printer to use for my online business and typically used it about 2 times a week/ a few pages each time(mostly images) and kept up with maintenance inside and outside the printer to avoid dust and the needles from clogging. it worked great for the first few months and then started to have trouble with printing images. Mostly the black and white images, or images with black backgrounds. eventually the color images also started to show signs of problems. I waisted lots of ink trying to clean the heads, buying kits to repair etc. The kits helped, but I feel like overall i need to buy a new printer. I can print out word documents just fine, but pictures are not even visible and come out blue even though all my ink levels are fine. looks like Ill be buying an HP now.

    great purchase, I have used it to print out papers for school, jobs and more. I haven't printed pictures out yet but it looks like it's easy to do.

    Bought this printer for my aging parents who needed printing and copying abilities. Cheap price and does the job. It is not fast but it is reliable. Starter inks go fast but refills were surprisingly inexpensive.
