Needed help to put it into action. Now I do not find the location for the new ink cartridge. Do not know if photos are possible. Do NOT post review with my Email address.

good value for price but a little slow on best / highest quality resolution settings, has 4 total ink cartridges, 3 color, and black, also two sizes of ink cartridges. and med. size footprint, WIFI is a big plus though

First ever wireless printer own. Love that it's lighter than the previous printers I've had. Barely used the printer & after two months, needed to replace the ink

Only 1 way to print pictures from SD card, no other wireless options to print from...I cannot print my pictures from my phone.

I needed to replace my old clunky printer/scanner...and size mattered. This is a nice small size, simple to set up & prints nicely....I've not used it for photos yet. I love the wireless feature from my iPad!

Printer so far works great. A little tricky to get installed and I still haven't figured out how to go wireless but overall it works fine for my small construction business. I'm satisfied with the product.

If it would just remember my wireless password each and every time I want print from my laptop, and remember that it was set up on my phone under Air Print and worked fine once, then it would be a great printer!

My daughter and I are both having problems working the wireless printer. I have not successfully printed a page yet. I thought it looked very easy, but it isn't. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I brought the printer back to Best Buy but it was after the 15 day return policy (it was 31 days). They would not take it back. The Geek Squad does not work on printers, so in anger I just left the printer there. I spent an additional $50 to purchase ink because I thought that was the problem but that was not the case. The printer just did not work proper. I was not going to go through the trouble of sending it back to Epson and getting another.

Epson used to be the Best, would last forever, but that was then, this is now. This Epson XP-420 Printer lasted less than a year! Print head had to be cleaned to get it to work when it was first taken out of the box (and yes I bought it new, not refurbished) Drinks ink like its free, always complaining that one of the ink cartridges was low. Constantly had to be rebooted in order to be found by my IOS devices using AirPrint. Could not read large Flash memory chips. I had to find a 1GB flash to scan images.

The printer took 7 mins to finally print a one page report. It did finally print so i did gie it two stars but I wish I would have spent an additional 10 dollars to get a better printer.

Well i needed a copier quick and Epson had some good reviews and it was 50% off so I bought it. Big mistake!!! Its been one headache after another. You will need to down loan about 3 aps to your mobile device for it to link correctly and when you run out of any color ink it will completely stop printing! So if blue goes they all go!. Ive never seen the ink on sale and in the store they start at 35$ for the pack. Thats colors without the black. So dont purchase this printer youll end up unhappy.

Great printer....if you have a well of ink flowing in your backyard! This goes through so much ink...we thought well maybe the samples that come with the machine are getting smaller so we ordered 2 complete sets with all the colors needed as well as the black in XL....in under a month...we are already into the second set....we copy coloring book pages or dot to dot pages...not pictures or fancy brochures...nope just black and white pictures yet all the colors run out as well as the black one...hmmmmm

Compared to all, all-in-ones, it is only a 4 star. But for home use, it will do everything the more expensive units will do at a fraction of the cost plus quality pictures. The wireless feature is great and extremely easy to set-up on your home wi-fi.

I saw some of the reviews associated w/ this printer but decided to go against the negatives ... I print only when necessary so in my opinion, it does perform its task

I really like the Bluetooth capability. I can send photos and documents from my phone right to the printer. The ink goes quickly but it's not too expensive.

The printer works well though the biggest complaint is that it only has a little ink in the cartridges and if any of the 4 are out it wont print at all.

I keep having issues with this printer after 2 months of installation. Problem 1: I can scan, but can't copy any document. Tried multiple times, pages turn out blank. Initial uses (print, copy and scan) were fine. Don't know what happened after 2 weeks. Problem 2: My sisters cannot print any document from their laptop, even when the computer stated network connection is fine. It was fine using my laptop and through our shared desktop. Very picky printer, it seem like. Problem 3: Head cleaning, alightment check and ink level. Lately, if it does print, the color is very off, or the lines are so blurry or oddly shape that no one can read anything out of it. Having to clean the printer, play with the setting to print 1 document is such a time consuming and so much INK is being wasted. I feel like 1/3 of the ink is wasted on printing errors, printing check and reprint documents. Problem 4: NO BLACK AND WHITE options :( probably because this is photo printer, it won't print black and white even when I selected it on the printing option on my computer. SO lame SO many problems, so little support :( Geek squad can't help me because this problem cannot be address remotely. Need to bring in the store to see what they can do. Not a very user friendly printer.... especially if you are not tech savy like me.

It gets the job done and is decent but the problem I have is it doesn't stay on. I'm always having to turn it off and back on for my computer to detect my printer so I can print things. Not a huge deal but a little inconvenient. I was actually talked into getting the Epson over the HP I think because it gave the sales guy better commission which is bad customer service but oh well I'm stuck with it now. Other than the connection issue it's fine.
