I took the ink out to take to store and match model ink and in the mean time, the ink dried up inside and ruined printer. I have never had this happen before and it ended up having to replace it, but was glad I had the 2 year warranty because they replaced it 100% with no issue. I really liked printer while I had it though. My issue could have been perverted had I known not too have ink out of printer for extended period of time.

It's easy to setup and use but it takes long to warm up to print and 3 minutes to scan a simple page!

I bought this printer just because Cnet gave this a 5 start but it is very slow and take a long time to startup and just ok color prints.

Love this printer. Really nice can print from my tablet, smart phone, laptop and my PC computers. All communicate wonderfully. Recommended to two family members and they purchased the exact same printer!

Love this little printer. Doesn't hold a candle to the beast I have at work, but it really doesn't need to. It does everything we need to at home, and the wifi printing is fantastic. A steal at 50 bucks.

Work good , is faster, have wifi so you can print from your cellphone, tablet , laptop etc ... The black ink finished faster

Printer has many features, good buy for the price. Down side goes through ink way too fast.

It took a few extra minutes to set up with my wifi but patience paid off. Its a good little printer for my at home print needs.

We bought this basic printer for seasonal use. It performs well and meets our expectation.

I wanted a very small all-in-one printer and although this unit was larger than I hoped for, it seemed to be the best product in that class for the money. So far I'm very happy with it.

Scan to computer works about half he time. Says error quite a bit for no reason

Wish it had a sleep mode instead of shutting all the way off, and papers if not lined up 100% correct will jam.

I purchased this printer after mine stopped working. It has proven to be a very good printer for my at home usage.

I don't have huge printing requirements, so I figured I'd get this on sale and at least meet my minimal needs. Worked for about three weeks, perhaps 10-12 uses and probably no more than 30 sheets of paper and then jammed up any time I'd attempt to print anything. Not at all impressed, would not recommend.

epson site is misleading, does not work for mac os 10.5.8 like they say. however, works well with newer os, yosemite.

I just needed a scanner for some projects I was doing and it worked just fine and it still going strong.

I needed a printer that was wireless, easy to set-up, and compact. This printer met these requirements.

Good for the price, trouble connecting wireless to laptop, confusing

Not bad for the price, but ended up upgrading 3 months later!

so far i have enjoyed using the XP-420.. and really enjoy using the wireless function that it has
