    Had problems with the printer heads when the ink levels were still near the middle. This was with the cartridges provide. Had to clean the heads every time I printed. When the ink cartridges were empty, replaced them and have not had problems since. Still, a decent low priced printer. Copying is very slow compared to HP.

    Great printer for the on-sale price I got! Only thing I didn't realize was that it doesn't print double sided and doesn't come with a printer cable. Also, keep in mind that a normal printer cable will not plug into this printer!! It uses a special Epson one I believe. Just ask around Best Buy and they should be able to help

    I did not like this printer . It was too slow and now it doesn't print even with the ink. Too much hassle and past the return period.
