    The black ink will not load after the original cartridge ran out. Have owned many printers but this one stinks.

    The reliability of the print heads just is not there if you don't print a lot. They dry out and become unusable. Go with Laser if you don't print every day. You'll be glad you did.

    It was and easy setup, but crashed my laptop. I will not recommend this product. If you buy a printer I suggest you go to the store and have them install it.
