Defective Paper Feeder

Eats up ink and didn't last a year

BUT I would have hoped it would last longer than a year. It ate up ink very quickly which was a big expense over time and then all of a sudden the black ink stopped working. I tried 2 different new inks and neither worked so I bought a new one after less than a year. This time I went with HP because of their Instant Ink program and so far so good.

Bad printer

Good product but ink expends fast!

According to specs, the cartridges "get bad" after 6 months and in theory last 175 pages (black ink). However, ours lasted around 50. This printer is expensive to use on the long run, considering the fact that a cartridge is around the 9 to 12 dollars, for 50 pages it is not worth it!

Waste of money

They started giving me problems with printing. Missing lines of ink, fading ink, and all together no ink at times. I was about to throw them out and tried one last fix. I cleaned the nozzles at the expense of full ink cartridges. Once the test page was full and printing correctly, I was able to print one page before the ink ran out. I purchased all new cartridges. Have printed one page and there are breaks in the printing again! Both of the printers have this issue. One is at my house and one was for my parents. Two homes, same problem- its the printer!
