    Get a better printer

Not sure if it's the printer or the cartridges but it doesn't take long at all for the ink to get low at all. 5-8 sheets of paper with just black ink and it says it's already low.

Great Printer for a Low Cost!

This printer is great! It's small, easy to set up, and works locally and through wifi. I love being able to scan and email myself something, and being able to print right from my phone, even if I'm not home! Being able to have the printer on the other side of the room is another plus. One downside I've come across is that if any of the ink cartridges are empty, it ceases to function at all. I think I should still be able to print black if the magenta cartridge is out..... =( All-in-all it's definitely worth the money at less than $60.

    Broke 3x In first year!

I didn’t buy the protection plan on this printer. It stopped printing, feeding the paper through, and jamming paper after 3 months. I got it fixed each time until it finally gave out completely. I’ve only had the printer for less than a year and a half and now it’s history. Plus the ink on this model is SO expensive. Now I have $60 of full ink. Ughh. I guess that’s what I get for buying something on sale even though it was still $80.

we can not get this wireless print work, the wifi name and address is correct for sure. I have contacted tech support the send me instruction on wireless setting which is exact the same as described in manuals and as shown in YouTube videos. I told them my concern and said Kim sure the password is correct. Then never heard anything back again. There is nothing to do with bestbuy, just the epson tech support really isn't as expected.

Very basic printer. Not thrilled with the paper feeder as it feeds paper in crooked, so it prints crooked. You get what you pay for.

No matter how many ink cartridges I buy (Epson brand), or how many cleanings I do, or the manual cleaning of the printer heads, my printer will copy, but when it comes to printing, it spits out blank sheets. I realize it's an inexpensive model, but for only having used it a handful of times, I'm disappointed that it's apparently useless already. Definitely would not recommend this paperweight.

We bought this printer to replace a printer, and was hopeful that it would perform as needed. Wifi set up took longer than it should have. And every time we want to print we have to complete setup again. We print approximately 30 pages per day or 100 per week, black only at approximately 5% per page and we've wet through 3 cartridges in 3 weeks. Don't buy if you plan on printing.

I purchased this printer and when I set it up I used the test ink that came with it. It wouldn't print so I reordered Ink and put the new ink in and it still didn't work. I thought that I had the extended warranty on it so I didn't rush back to exchange it so unfortunately I'm stuck with it. I have no idea what's wrong with it. All I can say is it never printed properly.

    Great entry level wireless printer

We purchased this printer to replace an old clunky machine. It prints everyday things quite nicely. We have not printed photos, I can't imagine many people do that these days. What I love best about this printer is that we can print from all our devices (phones, tablets. pc, laptops) from anywhere in the house. We aren't heavy printers, but I believe it does pretty well on ink. The replacement ink is pretty afforable too. It's absolutely worth the money.

This is a piece of s---! Purchased it mid-March. By mid-April it is no longer working. It will copy pages you put into it, but it will no longer print from computer, iPad, phone. Stopped before I could finish my tax returns.

Terriuble. Terrible. This printer refuses to accept even brand new Epson ink cartridges. It says they're not recognized. Leave alone the fact that they're proprietary and very expensive.

I bought this because of the size(compact) and it has everything i needed (print, copy, scan and WIRELESS !) . Saw some reviews about wireless not working but it worked at a first attempt. Have used for a day and i have to say i am impressed. I just use it for basic home printing and it does the job for me. Nice small and good looking printer.

    Nice Little Printer

Prints quickly and great quality but uses ink faster than I'd like to see (draft mode is a little too draft and difficult to read). Wireless is awesome. Great scanner and love being able to print from anywhere using email. Two-sided printing is possible, but have to take 1st printed sheets and stick them back in to the printer; simple but not hands-free. Quiet.
