We were looking for a reasonably priced printer and Best Buy had this on sale. It meets our needs completely and we are most satisfied with it.

The printer is compact yet yields quality print. It is easy to setup. I love the touch screen feature. I use only Epson ink and there I no blotching, bleeding or running. I tried the generic ink and they do not work as well as the Epson ink. The scanning feature is a little slower than I would like. Printing a page(s) is fast.

I like the size of the printer. Just one super annoying thing is you need to pull out a tray to have the paper your printing rest on. Wish the design wouldn't have to make you pull the tray out and just let you print. But if you don't it won't. Very annoying.

Works well for printing normal stuff at home. Have not tried to print photos

it's an all in one printer so I don't have to have multiple devices. the ink is reasonably priced. the printer is a pretty good quality.i'm a photographer and I print "proofs" of my images for some clients to do large orders and it gets the job done while looking good and doing it fast. its light weight and easy for me to carry around from site to site.

Works well. We wanted something easy for my mom to use for printing photos.

we got this printer because it is fairly small and we do not use a printer very much. I like that you can replace each color cartridge separately. the cost was reasonable too. I also like that front/back feature of it. have not used it for scanning yet.

Simple set up, fast set up to WiFi. It's a great every day printer and for the price with all the features you can't get a better value.

Trying not to compare to my last printer. It was a Canon and probably a step up from this Epson. Over saturates some colors and paper gets warped. You have to manually open printer tray each time. Does a fine job for most prints.

I purchased this as an upgrade to an Artisan printer I'd had for nearly a decade, and the print and scan quality -- as well as the software, which now supports printing from non-networked phones -- are both improved. Build quality, sadly, is lower, as is the paper handling, but duplex functionality works well and prints are very speedy.

Easy to set up. Works well and dependable. I always buy Epson printers.

I used to be an HP loyalist -- but I was tired of the way they'd fail like clockwork right after the warranty. I installed a couple of Epson units for customers and the results have been much better. This unit is easy to set up and works great.

Easy set up and seems to work fine. Bought to replace an Epson WorkForce printer that was older and beginning to have issues. We really don't print a lot, but wanted an all-in-one. This is much smaller and has performed well so far.

I've been looking for a long time for a good printer and, this one was above my expectations. The wi-fi connection, was easy to set up, once you download the App. Easy to use. I liked that the ink, can be replaced individually. I bought the Epson photo paper and the pictures looked wonderful. A bit noisy and shaky, but worth it, with the results.

I have been very well pleased with this printer. The photo printer is as good or better than one that I paid 3 times as much for a few years ago. The main reason I bought this was for printing photos, but it prints normal very well also. I would definitely recommend this printer to any one who wants a quality printer without paying a fortune for it.

We got this as a secondary printer- copier for work. Working so well we replaced a more expensive other brand unit with this one.

It is the perfect little printer to print out pictures. Best Buy had all the paper that worked for what my wife wanted to print.
