Great all-in-one printer. It was easy to set up and prints and scans really well. Only downside is there is no USB cable included so if you are going wireless be sure to purchase that as well. Everything else has been good.

This is a very good printer; it also prints great pictures.

it is apple friendly. Easy to set up but I’m a teacher so I use a lot of ink. It is easy to set up. Can print pictures and use card stock.

The printer was great and we only had it for less than 2 years and it broke. We realized we did a lot of printing especially if you replacing ink cartridge once a month. If you think you be printing a lot maybe upgrade to something more reliable. The cost to repair was more than the cost of the printer. So we got a new one. The scanner still works fine, so we just keep it as a scanner. If you don't plan on printing all the time, then for whats its worth, its a good printer and did its job.

This is a great printer for anyone, especially students.

I replaced an Epson 610 printer with this one. The 610 ink had dried out and I could not clean it. The 610 was a very good printer with high quality photo printing and I wanted to duplicate the performance. The 640 has done that.

Looking for a small all-in-one that had good photo support, but without Fax. This printer fit the bill and was a good price. Overall printer setup was easy. It has individual ink cartridges for each color. It has dedicated trays for photo paper and also to print to a cd/dvd. Interface for connecting to wifi was a little clunky, but you only need to do it once. There was one snafu where the included black ink cartridge was defective and had leaked in the plastic packaging. Best Buy took care of the issue and replaced the faulty cartridge.

As flimsy as it can be for the price. As effective as it needs to be. Infrequent, short prints- works great. Otherwise, paper jams galore. Long jobs and double-side is unreliable.

Print quality is really good. It prints quite fast too. Very easy and quick to set up and start using. Wifi set-up is a snap. Haven't had to buy cartridges yet and I'm interested to see how long they last.

It is a basic printer but easy to use and works great.

It's a great basic printer with good quality printing. The only thing is the part that holds the paper is not easy to use.

So there are some connectivity issues with this thing from time to time. Where you need to turn it off/on when you try and print. Otherwise, it will not print. There is not an ethernet port so you are SOL if you want to hardwire it. The print tray has to be pulled out and the face lifted up in order to print. If you leave it open then you risk it getting broken as it is all fairly flimsy plastic and will not take much to harm it. Which also makes it a pain if you want to print something from another room. The ink for it cost almost as much as I paid for the printer. The scanner only does one page at a time as there is not a document feeder. This can be a real pain when trying to scan multiple pages as the scanner isnt "quick" So basically I did not end up with the printer I thought I was going to be getting. IE something I can set up, use whenever and not have to fidget with every use. I will say the the quality of the prints is pretty good for the price it also has a "normal" black so you do not end up using your photo black to print. It would be nice if the colors worked the same way. In short, rather than getting ink for this printer when it needs it I will get new pick up rollers and ink for my old printer (which will cost about the same as ink for this) and get it back up and running. Using this printer for pictures only. Also note, it says that it is "portable" I would not take this thing anywhere. for fear that the cheap plastic is going to break during transport (yes it is that flimsy).

Got this printer using point and at a very low price. It's packed with everything you need. Scanner, Printer, Print DVD's!, photos, wireless, small, not that heavy etc etc.. I strongly recommend you to get this one. I

I would definitely recommend this printer. Very simple to use. Setup is easy. I've only printed a couple of pictures so far but the quality is very good.
