Decent printer

She says it is working fine, but has to plug into Ethernet to desktop (no wifi) but unplug Ethernet to print from iPad. Not sure if this is limitation of the printer or her set up skills.

Glad I also purchased the 2-year product replacement service.

Don't buy

It is made cheaply with poor directions. Although I was able to set it up wirelessly it will print blank pages not the documents. It does not work well with apple despite the claim that it does. Now trying to get it to print from Kindle fire. I will say Epson customer service is responsive, however, printer still not functioning properly. Guess I will be back on with them for a few more hours to try to get it to print something on the page.

Terrible Printer

After calling Epson support I was told to contact Apple. Apple says it’s and issue with the printer as we can connect and print at other printers. Terrible!!
