Setting up the printer and trying to figure out how it operates was a little complicated. Now that I have it up and running i am satisfied with my purchase.

I haven't had any issues with this printer and I've had to use it quite a bit over the last two years of ownership. The printer does use a small amount of ink for print head maintenance and so you should plan to always keep extra cartridges on hand soon after your initial purchase.

I haven't used printer very long, but it is working as expected. I was very impressed with the sales person who demonstrated the printer to me. He knew his business and was very friendly and patience.

I have this as my work printer but it gets used more for my wife’s photos. Ink gets expensive especially after family trips or reunions but what ink cartridges don’t feel overpriced?

I needed a printer in a hurry and turned to my local Best Buy. After surveying what was available I decided to get an affordable inkjet that was basic yet had enough features to get my project done.

It does take some time to install and get used to, and to get something to print, but it's a versatile printer that can do quite a lot all the same.

You have to open output paper tray for the printer to print and the printer takes some time to get going. Also no NFC so guest and friends need your wifi to print.

My HP printer won't print yellow ink, replaced the cartridge and that didn't help. Message says I need to remove and clean my printer head, did that once before and had a mess. Second HP printer to have printer head go bad, I'm switching to Epson. This printer was rated well by Consumer Reports.

Good print quality, but, we've had it a couple years now, and have had to buy ink a couple times with minimal printing.

It was a little bit complicated getting everything to function, but I think that's because I was used to HP. My girlfriend is currently in college so she's very happy with its functionality

I had a HP printer and had issues...got phished and then the printer didn't even work. Ripped into HP and bought a different brand. Happy with this one so far and GEEK SQUAD hooked it all up!

Good, as expected. Only negative is, if left unused for few months, it stops working well; but that's average for similar printers too.

I have owned Epson small business and professional photograph printers and love the brand. When it came time for a low-cost printer for occasional household projects, this is what I chose. It's reliable, convenient and easy to set up, just like its more expensive cousins. Highly recommended.

Sometimes I can’t get it to print the stuff i need. It printed some things at first but won’t print things that it thinks are photos. Gets a little frustrating but it could be user error.

It is a good printer for the price. Had a couple of issues with it working correctly, but finally got it straightened out. Makes good copies and color. I have not printed any photos yet.

Overall the printer does a good job. Make sure you download the given drivers, and you shouldn't have any problems. The only downside is that the printer prints stuff really slowly.

The screen is not user friendly. I was expecting an easier use of the screen.

I am a die hard Epson fan and this printer fulfills all of my needs. My only complaint is the paper carrier. It's a bit much to load and for that reason alone, I took away a star.

Sometimes it takes a very long time to wake up and print. My old one was very fast - I would send something to print and it printed right away. Other than that it is a good printer.

I bought it just before the holidays so I’m looking forward to printing holiday pictures Several employees at the store recommended it so if I’m not happy with it I’ll return it.
