This printer is okay for the price. It's a little flimsy. I feel I might break something off. It does print very well. Small footprint.

For what I needed for, very good product! My home is pretty much 21st century and I got tired of so many wires hanging! I purchase because I like the idea of it being Wi-Fi capable.

The Epson XP-640 prints text very well and copies well. We still have not been able to set it up for remote printing. It seems the first black cartridge did not last very long. Does any? Have have a hard time finding the 410 ink cartridge - not at Walmart or online at ink replacement sites.

Other than taking a while to warm up, it had been a good printer so far. I haven't had it long enough to know how long the ink will last - my main reason for getting this printer.

Great printer the only complaint I have is it is hard to setup with Mac . I just took time to do so other than that it’s great

Works good for my school needs. Black ink goes quick and it can't auto open its output tray, but I can't fuss to much about that. It prints clear and works well over wifi

This is a good printer for the price ... if I wasn't having software/driver problems between it and my computer (Lenovo running Windows 10 Home). I bought the printer chiefly for its ability to print directly on CD's, but now get a "driver not installed" message. Microsoft can't help, and I can only find one work-around after downloading and re-installing Epson's complete software/driver package. Like I said, the printer seems fine ... but the software (or its compatibility with my computer or OS) is very lacking.

I bought this copier for my Mother! She loves that it enlarges, she does a lot of quilting and needs to makes copies of her quilt patterns and at times need to enlarge them.

We bought this printer to replace our HP printer that stopped working. I like this one but it requires additional steps to print something. Otherwise, its fine.

The sale associate helped me on the floor and made sure it would meet my needs which it has very pleased with the printer and it recognizes all my devices without any trouble.

The good news, and bottom line, is that this printer is worth the price. Installing it was simple enough. Takes a little patience to get it, but I am no tech expert so… The printing quality of the photos was actually pretty good, which hasn’t always been my experience with other photo printers. I have an iPhone, so installing the app that allows you to print directly from your smartphone and not have to download to the computer first is a real PLUS! Size of the unit is good, compact. More pluses…you can print DVD’s, you don’t need a computer to print as it has a slot for a memory card and USB and it has wireless setup capabilities. With the scanner and 2-sided printing, I expect to have a lot of needs met. The not so good news were the trays (they call them “cassettes”?). A little tricky figuring them out as there are a few and they don’t seem to be made of the best durable design and materials. Won’t be surprised if they give me problems, but we will see. Have yet to find color-ink cartridges for photo printing that is inexpensive, and this looks to be the same when I searched prices online. “This is a review for the Epson Expression XP-640 that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.”

Works great. Love the double sided printing. Only downside is that it will not print if a color is out. Magenta was out but needed to print in black only and was unable to.

Was a gift for parents that aren't tech savvy. They reported back that they hooked it up and they have started organizing photos and making copies. They love it!

I have had many brands of printers over the years. But for the first time I have one that always works, directly by USB, through the network and even through the Internet. I recommend it for the efficient, easy and extremely economical.

Went into Best Buy to look at printers and found my epson 640 model reduce very significantly and an excellent buy. Great printer quality and haven’t tried pictures to print but I have seen great results and look forward to printing my own.

Hard for me to set up not being that computer literate and being old! Works well and I am continuing to learn.

I needed a new printer, and so far what I have done with this printer, it has provided high quality materials; has performed above my expectations; and has given me high resolution picture quality and images and printed word documents.

This printer is, by no means, a workhorse. But is does a good job on quick and dirty projects. It is easily moved around, and does almost everything our larger (LaserJet) printers do, just not as quickly. And, of course, it is inexpensive.

I needed a printer small enough to fit in my desk drawer. Great product for its size & price. Simple to install.

In my opinion, you can NEVER go wrong when purchasing anything that Best Buy sells! I purchased a printer for my home and as always, you can't beat Best Buy' s . . . . . 1. Customer Service 2. Quality 3. Knowledgeable Staff.
