    Unfortunately I had to return item to Best Buy. I'm not very technical knowledgeable. I'm sure it is a good product. I own a number or Epson products, and they are durable. The return process was easy, no problems.

    Only comment is that as a new printer it should support USB 3.0 and provide the cable as college students can't use wifi in dorms

    t6his is the greatest printer I've ever gotten and it doesn't have the forced ink buying program like some manufacturers are shoving down potential buyers throats. the wireless function is super.

    This printer was cheap, and I got what I paid for. It stopped working about 3 months after I got it. It won't recognize paper in the trays (either of them), is just cheap in general. I would never buy again, and I will likely avoid Epson in general going forward.

    Bought to replace HP Envy which was a ink hog and with its 2 ink cartridges when one color ran out had to replace entire cartridge. This printer has multiple cartridges and ink lasts a long time

    I really like that this printer has a tray for loading paper. Last printers I have owned just put the paper in a slot and hope it is placed correctly, and if paper isn’t just right won’t feed.

    The reason that I purchase this is because I need a is light weight multi function printer. The bonus here is that it also print DVD's and you can do wireless connection as well.! Excellent choice.
