    It may have been an ok printer if I could've gotten the driver to load but it never would. It was not an easy load for paper either. I know that sounds silly and like I'm not smart but it was truth.

    The product worked once out of the box and then became unresponsive except for printing test pages from windows. Epson Customer Service was no help, they wanted to charge my to install it even though it had already worked. Had to resolve on my own.

    This is not a very good printer in my opinion. I wanted a printer that was easy to use to print envelopes. This one is very awkward to use to print envelopes. I exchanged it for an HP printer.

    The great thing about this is, you can take it with you and if you have a battery pack better with outlet. The down fall is the printing of pages of black ink. It runs out and can't print with out being replaced.
